Cancellation, Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

We and our teamwork around the clock to bring a perfect outfit to your wardrobe. We have Cancellation, Exchange and Return Policy.

 CANCELLATION : -

  • You can cancel the orders that are in Order confirmation stage.
  • Refund for Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Net banking orders will be processed in within 3-5 working days.
  • Refunds for orders paid through Broiden wallet will be refunded within an hour of cancelation.

 

RETURN : - 

  • Return request can be placed through website only.
  • Return request can be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. Request beyond 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
  • Outfit should have all tags intact, outfit should be packed nicely and handed over to the courier partner in the original packing.
  • We will do quality checks before executing Return, if product is worn and damaged we will have right to reject the Return request.
  • Orders with seal broken or package damaged if accepted by customers, Return will not be applicable.

 

EXCHANGE : -

  • Exchange request can be placed through website only.
  • Exchange request can be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. Request beyond 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
  • Outfit should have all tags intact, outfit should be packed nicely and handed over to the courier partner in the original packing.
  • We will do quality checks before executing exchange, if product is worn and damaged we will have right to reject the exchange request.
  • Orders with seal broken or package damaged if accepted by customers, exchange will not be applicable.
  • NO EXHANGE WILL BE APPLICABLE TO CUSTOMISED ORDERS (SIZE and Colour CUSTOMISATION OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMISATION OF OUTFIT ).

 

REFUND : -

  • Post the return your refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has been picked up and passed through quality inspection.
  • For Prepaid orders refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment made within 3 - 5 working days.
  • For cash on delivery orders refund will be processed through NEFT to the bank account given by you within 3-5 working days.
  • If any Coupon/discount applied to your order. then refund amount will not be included of Coupon/discount Value.
